Jessica Stahl Norris
As the owner and head instructor, Jessica brings over 10 years of experience to every session. Her passion for Pilates shines through in each class she teaches, and she is dedicated to helping her clients build strength, flexibility, and balance.
Jessica Stahl Norris is a certified pilates instructor and the owner of Run on Classic Pilates, a studio that specializes in providing a personalized pilates training experience. She has over 10 years of experience in teaching pilates and helping her clients achieve their strength and fitness goals. She is passionate about classical pilates, a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening and toning the core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall physical and mental well-being. Jessica offers both group and individual sessions for all levels of pilates practitioners, and she is dedicated to providing exceptional service and interaction to ensure they get the most out of their workout. Jessica is also a Power Pilates Mat Level 1 Trainer, which means she has completed a rigorous training program that covers the fundamentals of pilates and the classical mat exercises.
In addition to pilates, Jessica is an avid runner and a member of the ASICS Frontrunner team, a global community of runners who share their passion and inspire others. Jessica has participated in numerous ultra running events, ranging from 50 miles to 200 miles, in various terrains and conditions. She enjoys the challenge and the adventure of running long distances, as well as the camaraderie and the support of the running community. Some of her notable achievements include completing the UTMB Kullamannen, a 100-mile ultramarathon in the stunning Swedish wilderness, and the Tvetaberg ultramarathon, a 50-hour endurance race. Jessica also shares her tips and insights on how to train and prepare for ultra running on her blog and social media platforms. Jessica believes that running is a transformative practice that can benefit anyone, regardless of age, ability, or background.
